Adam Frizzell was a founding member of the Retail Leasing Group of Royal LePage Commercial Inc. (now Cushman & Wakefield Ltd.) and has over twenty-three (23) years of Real Estate experience after graduating from BCIT’s Real Estate program. He has strong relationships with a number of Vancouver’s most prominent landlords and developers and has also been successful in both pre-leasing and placement of his mandated tenants. Mr. Frizzell’s knowledge, experience and energy make him an integral part of the Retail Services team in Vancouver.
Mr. Frizzell enjoys working retail projects through the entire process, including site acquisition, design input, tenant mix, marketing, lease negotiations and asset disposal. He has significant experience and contacts within the restaurant industry and has successfully negotiated hundreds of food primary and liquor primary establishments.
Mr. Frizzell has been able to utilize his knowledge and understanding of commercial leasing in order to analyze and maximize the sale value of retail projects.
Recent projects that Mr. Frizzell has successfully pre-leased from the ground up include: the 120,000 square feet West Kelowna Landing, in West Kelowna B.C, the Price Mart anchored Hillcrest Shopping Centre in Surrey B.C., and the 110,000 square feet Quality Foods anchored Eagle Creek Shopping Centre in Victoria B.C.. Mr. Frizzell is currently working on the famous Roundhouse revitalization in Victoria and the Sandown Village Shopping Centre in Saanich B.C.
