Adam P. Geis, CCIM specializes exclusively in the representation of office users in lease, purchase and investment type transactions. Adam is an Arizona native and his local insight into the Phoenix marketplace has enabled him to effectively represent his client’s needs through firsthand knowledge of ownerships, trends in the market and his ability to create a competitive environment among the landlord community.
In 2004, Adam began his career with Lee & Associates Arizona and in 2007 earned “Rookie of the Year” honors in his first year as a commissioned broker. The following year, Adam was the top producing Associate at the firm. In 2009, Adam partnered with Shannon Kling and began focusing exclusively on the needs of office users. Adam solidified his “user-only” platform in 2010 by forming the GEIS | KLING Tenant Advocacy Group at Arizona Commercial Real Estate Services, which has now become the prominent tenant advisory group at Heiple Travers Realty.
Adam represents both regional and national office users, with the bulk of his business over the past 36 months being done on renewal and renegotiation type transactions as users across all classes continue to grapple to reduce overhead.
Adam’s clients embody a wide array of industries including technology, business services, non-profit and medical type uses. Adam has been involved in an excess of 300 lease and sale transactions representing over 3,000,000 square feet.
