Adam H. Klein is a co-leader of SVN Commercial Partners retail, office, and industrial (ROI Group) team, where he works alongside his partner Elon Gerberg. Adam has a specialization in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and retail properties throughout Florida. Adam’s exceptional professionalism and execution have resulted in more than $400MM in commercial real estate sales since 2018. He achieves optimal outcomes for his clients by combining his deep understanding of the capital markets with his local market expertise.
