With nearly two decades of experience, Napp provides his clients dual value with strong leasing competency and sound investment skills. His leasing background greatly benefits sellers by providing a strong understanding of valuation and property performance analysis.
Napp has a proven track record of closing deals with national retailers as well as regional and qualified local tenants. He has successfully represented numerous landlords in the lease or sale of their retail, commercial, and urban mixed-use properties. Tenants and owner-occupiers have also benefited from Napp’s site selection expertise and creative negotiating tactics.
A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Napp has also achieved the highly coveted designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). A CCIM is a recognized expert in commercial and investment real estate and is part of a global commercial real estate network with members across North America and more than 30 countries. CCIMs are widely recognized as the most highly skilled commercial and investment real estate experts.
Napp is very proactive in the industry and has served as the guidance committee chair for the Illinois CCIM Chapter. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Edgewater/Uptown Builders Association, and is a member of various local chambers of commerce. He is a past board member of the 47th Ward Retail Committee, Logan Square Economic Development Corporation, and the Wicker Park Neighborhood Committee.
An avid basketball player, Napp also enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family. Napp and his family currently reside in Chicago.ois at Urbana-Champaign. He and his family currently reside in Chicago.
