I am a Fellow of the RICS, a RICS Registered Valuer and member of the Rating Surveyors' Association with IRRV (Hons) status.
My experience spans a broad spectrum; not only do I have a strong track record in a range of professional services, I also has an excellent knowledge and understanding of property related issues and opportunities.
As a RICS Registered Valuer I produce Valuations for loan security purposes, rental and capital valuations for a wide variety of property types and for a diverse client list ranging from private individuals to corporate banks.
Experienced in all Landlord and Tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals and agreement of new leases acting on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants. I have extensive experience in preparing third party submissions for Arbitrators and Independent Experts with a great track record.
