Bio
Adam has over 16 years of experience in real estate development. He has extensive experience in developing single-family historic rehabs and new construction homes, as well as mixed-use and commercial projects. In his role at Neyer Properties, Adam prepares and oversees overall project management including schedules and budgets. He also coordinates and supervises the research, due diligence, entitlements, and site planning for both building redevelopments and land acquisitions.
Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental geography from Ohio University, as well as a Master of Community Planning from DAAP at the University of Cincinnati.
