Bio
Adam Singer is one of the firm’s longest-tenured professionals providing real estate advisory services for a multitude of companies in Washington, DC, northern Virginia and across the United States. As a key member of the firm’s national account leadership, Adam has accumulated an impressive list of clients consisting of large associations and foundations, as well as facility companies in the professional services and government-related industries. For over 35 years, Adam has provided long-term advisory services for clients with portfolios of numerous locations. His ability to connect with his clients and his leadership experience allow him to better understand their mission and help them achieve a fully successful real estate portfolio. After thoroughly assessing and interpreting his clients’ portfolio objectives, Adam puts forth a full financial analysis and market research effort in order to develop advantageous real estate solutions. Throughout his distinguished career, Adam has been the recipient of numerous industry honors including the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) ‘Realtor Associate of the Year Award’, ‘Top Commercial Leasing Broker Award’ and ‘Public Service Award’. To date, Adam is the only broker ever to win all three awards from GWCAR. In April 2005, the organization also honored Adam with the prestigious ‘Brendan McCarthy Memorial Award’ in recognition of his community leadership and philanthropic efforts. Outside the office, Adam has been serving on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's (JDRF) National Board of Chancellors for over 35 years and is a past chairman of its Washington D.C. JDRF chapter. He is the founder of the organization's annual ‘Real Estate Games’ fundraiser, an Olympics- style event that has raised over $9 million from within the industry since its inception in 1989. Adam also served on the Board of Childhelp USA, an organization protecting at-risk children throughout Virginia. In 2010, Adam was the recipient of Savills top honor, the Jacques Ducharme Corporate Citizen Award, recognizing his work in raising funds and sending diabetes medical supplies to health clinics in Haiti after the devastating earthquake that year.
