Adam Stewart is Vice President with Savills Calgary office, where he provides tenant advisory services to companies and organizations across Western Canada.
He specializes in office and industrial tenant representation, consulting services, strategic planning, financial analysis, portfolio solutions, disposition, and investment sales. Adam’s areas of expertise include financial analysis and local market economics. His experience includes leading and supporting client engagements for office, medical and industrial tenants with acute attention to detail and diligence in documentation. He also has extensive experience working with technology sector, engineering and energy sector clients.
Adam joined Savills in 2019 after nearly four years with Cresa, where he was a senior advisor in the firm’s Alberta office. Prior to joining Cresa, Adam was an analyst for Hugessen Consulting for two years, and before that was vice president, Strategy, at Finance for Good for two and a half years.
While with Cresa, Adam earned both Rising Star for Cresa Global and Rookie of the Year for Cresa Alberta. In 2011, Adam was a founder and has been an advisory board member of the World Mining Competition, Canada's first and only undergraduate mining business strategy competition, hosted in Saskatoon, SK.
