Adam Walman started his commercial real estate career in 2007, specializing in the office leasing industry. After attaining significant transactional experience in both landlord and tenant representation services at a boutique firm, he joined Avison Young in 2013 to help bolster its brokerage team in the downtown office.
Adam’s approach to real estate is a consultative one. He has earned a reputation as a successful advisor by tenaciously, yet simply, focusing on achieving his client’s goals.
In addition to being a full-time commercial real estate practitioner, Adam considers himself a life-long student of the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Housing and Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph and is an accredited LEED® Green Associate. Adam is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation with a projected completion date of 2014.
