Bio
Addie Hargett is a Project Manager for Toll Brothers City Living. She leads internal and external project teams through the entitlement, design, construction, sales, and settlements of Toll Brothers condominium developments on New Jersey’s Gold Coast. Since joining Toll Brothers City Living in 2018, Addie has managed multiple luxury mixed use developments in Hoboken, Jersey City, and West New York. She also manages the retail portfolio from development to stabilization of Toll Brother’s City Living and has led the disposition of all asset classes.
Prior to joining Toll Brothers City Living, Addie worked on the real estate development team for Lidl. She was a part of the American expansion and initial rollout of grocery stores in the Northeast. She also worked at JMZELL Partners in Washington, DC, a boutique development and consulting firm specialized in advising its clients through the complicated process of its real estate decisions.
