Bio
Addy is a dedicated real estate professional with a proven track record of brokering commercial real estate transactions. He spent more than 15 years overseeing real estate transactions, including managing a team of real estate sale professionals. Additionally, he has provided business development services for many industry-leading and national retail brands.
Addy is responsible for identifying and acquiring a diversified portfolio of investments to create value and asset appreciation for our partners. He will also pursue organic growth opportunities and ensure there is an active pipeline of new investment opportunities.
Addy studied Business Information Systems at Humber and Seneca College and is licensed as a real estate broker. He has volunteered in various positions with real estate boards and is known throughout the industry for providing information and training to other real estate professionals.
