Adrian Boone started at Stream Realty Partners in March 2023. As a Senior Associate, he is responsible for transaction management and new client and business pursuits for the office tenant representation team in Chicago.
Adrian joined Stream from Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago, where he spent more than 2.5 years after relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area. During his tenure, he was promoted from Associate to Senior Associate for a team specializing in servicing office, industrial, and flex space clients with responsibilities ranging from general market surveys to global portfolio analyses. Adrian was tapped to lead DEI transaction efforts for the firm’s Midwest offices through a program that introduced prospects to the firm’s real estate platform and assisted with budgeting yearly DEI requirements. He is a graduate of the Urban Land Institute/Real Estate Associate Program (ULI/Project REAP) online academy, one of commercial real estate’s most successful diversity initiatives.
During his off time, Adrian enjoys traveling with his family, attending sporting events, and dining at the host of restaurants in Chicago.
