Throughout his career, he has managed a variety of projects from offices...high and mid-rise, retail, industrial, commercial and residential; located throughout the Northeast and the Southeast United States.<br /><br />Adrian is a dynamic professional with over 16 years experience in Real Estate Management and is accustomed to, and comfortable with, the complex multi-cultural, multi-roles of management. Adrian earned a BS degree in Business Project Management and Construction Management in Sarasota, Florida, with an emphasis in Real Estate Development. At this time, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Project Management with the Project Management Institute (PMI), with a completion date of December 2013.<br /><br /> A pro-active manager with excellent communication, people and analytical skills, Adrian are qualified for dealing with a broad range of diverse environments.<br /><br />When Adrian isn’t working closely with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family.
