Ms. Highley was recruited by California Real Estate Professionals in 1989 to initiate commercial and industrial transactions; these transactions specialized in investments tailored to foreign client interests. Thereafter, she transacted many commercial specialty brokerage assignments through Chase Brokerage related to acquisitions, syndications and development projects involving individual and limited partnership investors.

Ms. Highley entered the real estate industry in 1981 with Merrill Lynch Realty, and immediately became a consistent multi-million dollar producer and member of the Leading Edge Society. She was recruited in 1985 by Century 21 Traditional Properties and continued to be a multi-million dollar producer each year in residential, commercial and land transactions through 1989. In 1988 she was the Top Producing Agent among the three-office franchise, which earned her the Centurion Agent Award for 1988.
