Aimee is Operations Manager and Estates Surveyor and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running in the daily functioning of the business. She manages a portfolio of properties carrying out a variety of duties including negotiating lease renewals and liaising with tenants and contractors. Working closely alongside Stephen and Andy, Aimee assists on new acquisitions dealing with all aspects of the deal from initial viewings through to completion managing the agency and legal teams.
Aimee also oversees the firm’s Marketing team along with her team; Ryan & Anna, providing strategic advice on new initiatives and campaigns.
