Aimee Goudas is an Associate in the Industrial Services group and has been in the commercial real estate industry for 15 years. Her experience in operations and marketing is an asset to both tenants and owners as she can be strategic and creative with clients’ commercial real estate needs. Aimee is focused on the submarkets of O’Hare, West Cook, DuPage, Elgin, and the City of Chicago. Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Aimee held three Marketing Director positions at CBRE, in the regional offices of Chicago and New England as well as a national position as Director of Marketing Innovation in New York City. Prior to that she worked in Investor Relations at Bain Capital and was Manager of Operations in the corporate office and then the West Coast region at First Industrial Realty Trust.
