Aimee Thorson is the Marketing and Listing Coordinator at Timm & Associates, Inc. She works with the Hotel Real Estate Advisors and sellers to produce marketing and financial materials on hotel dispositions of all types and sizes. Additionally, Aimee manages and maintains Timm & Associates, Inc. extensive database, processes confidentiality agreements, prepares purchase and listing agreements for review and client approval, manages the collection of due diligence requests for properties under contract, and assists in managing buyer and seller transactions from start to finish.
Aimee has a strong belief in providing best in class customer service.
Prior to joining Timm and Associates, Inc., Aimee has worked for commercial real estate companies that include CBRE and JLL.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University.
