Aislinn Phelan has been on the fast track to success since day one. Throughout her college career and upon graduation, Aislinn interned at award winning interior design and architecture firms in Houston and Dallas with client lists consisting of Las Vegas Casinos, high end cosmetic surgery facilities and spas, Walt Disney World resort hotels, and Dallas Cowboy Football Players’ luxury homes. With a shifting economy, Aislinn chose to buckle down and with the influence of her father, she chose to start her courses to become a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas. Within her first few months of working in real estate, she obtained one of the largest commercial listings in Southeast Texas, of $13.7 million. At the age of 22, and after being a licensed real estate salesperson for two years, Aislinn started her courses to obtain her real estate brokers license, which she received in December of 2011. With the constant shifting in the market, Aislinn has held strong and continued to push forward and pursue her passion. Now, 27, she offices at Keller Williams Realty of Southeast Texas and is in the top 15, out of more than 100 agents at the brokerage. She is the lead agent and owner of her own real estate team, The Phelan Group, LLC. Aislinn Phelan was born and raised in Beaumont and is a fourth-generation real estate entrepreneur in the Southeast Texas area. So real estate runs through Aislinn’s blood. With her real estate background and her education in interior design, this makes a very dynamic duo to conquer in the cut-throat world of real estate. By assisting clients in finding and finalizing the purchase of a property, to continually help with redesigning and renovating the space for the specific use the owner wishes to pursue. Although she may be young, this young lady has decades of business and real estate knowledge under her belt and looks forward to the many more years that are ahead of her in her bright future.
