Since joining the SOUTHEASTERN REALTY GROUP family in January 1982, Al has actively worked with numerous companies in locating space and properties - Rooms to Go, Maynard Electronics, Health Care Industries, Platecrafters, AutoPower Inc., DeBoer industries, Klima Weeks Engineering, Meaden Moore Accountants, Stockton Turner Mortgage Co, Salvation Army, Panera Bread, Middleton Pest Control, Sticks N Stuff, Papa Johns, Ace Cash, Seimens, Florida Hospital, First Southwestern Title, and more. Al began his real estate work brokering sites for home builders and apartment developers. Then opportunities opened to handle industrial and office properties, some of which were developed by Southeastern under Al's guidance, In the retail area, Rooms To Go has been a client in Central Florida for Al since before they opened their first store in 1991.
Al has developed a varied background in both brokerage and leasing working sites from Tampa to Daytona and south to West Palm Beach. He represented two investors in buying three sites in New Hampshire and Arizona during the Resolution Trust Corporation auctions. He has also functioned as a property manager on serveral properties for SOUTHEASTERN REALTY GROUP. He is licensed in Both Florida and South Carolina.
Besides being a licensed Real Estate Broker Al is a State Certified General Contractor, a graduate of Florida State University wit a degree in business, and has had post graduate studies leading to a "Professional Designation in Contract Management" as well as numerous construction and real estate courses. He was elected and served seven years as Vice Mayor/Commissioner of the City of Casselberry. He is a member of the Economic Development Commission and the International Council of Shopping Centers, past Director of Home Builders Association, past Director and President of the Maitland Kiwanis Club, current Director, Treasurer and Elder of the New Life Community Church.
