I've been a successful Real Estate Broker in Florida for over 25 years. My areas of expertise include representing the buyer or seller in the sale of single family homes or condos, New Home Construction acquisition, Investment Properties, purchase of Vacation / 2nd Homes and ALL Commercial transactions.<br>In 1996 I became a Licensed Mortgage Broker, although I do not practice in this field, it has given me the knowledge to assist my clients when it comes to obtaining financing.<br>As an experienced Broker working with both Buyers and Sellers, I have had the opportunity to assist in numerous success stories. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than being in the center of a WIN - WIN transaction.<br>During my 25+ years as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, I was also able to have the privilege of coaching baseball at two Central Florida High Schools.
