After 6 years at Newark Real Estate in Manhattan , NY, I moved to Myrtle Beach SC. At Coldwell Banker I was fortunate to find success and recognition here in several domains. Commercial leasing and sales led to to many forms of development. Retail building and shopping centers single and multi family properties culminating with Oceanfront highrise condominiums. Eventually Became a partner in Keller Williams Franchise.
