Bio
With more than three decades of experience representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the South Florida, Tri-County Commercial real estate market, Alan Kaye expertly guides his clients through every facet of the real estate transaction from initial meeting to closing. His professional philosophy is grounded in the art of positive relationship building. This personal touch, coupled with extensive market knowledge, leads to the best match of client and project time and time again.
Prior to his foray into real estate, Alan was a successful practicing attorney in both Florida and New York. Transitioning into real estate, he began his new career with Marcus and Millichap, the largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in the US, and opened their first Florida office. After several years working with nationally recognized firms, Alan most recently served as the Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Commercial in Southeast Florida.
Specializing in the commercial real estate of Palm Beach and Broward counties, Alan is well-versed in all commercial property types. His extensive knowledge of both real estate and law provides clients with an additional sense of security.
Originally from Long Beach, New York, Alan lived in Connecticut and Manhattan before moving to South Florida full-time. Today he makes his home in Boca Raton, where he has lived for the past 15 years. A graduate of Hofstra Law School, Alan earned his real estate license in 1996. A devoted husband and father, his greatest passion is being a role model for his sons. From coaching their basketball team to family community service projects, Alan and his wife take pride in teaching them the importance of giving back to their community and, most of all, approaching life with kindness.
