Alan works out of both Stourbridge, Kidderminster & Hagley offices and head up the Commercial , Land, Valuation and New Homes side at Walton and Hipkiss.
We also offer a service to assess your current property ownership or a "Property Health Check" and consider implications and opportunities for alternative uses and/or planning consent for redevelopment / refurbishment - this may significantly enhance value and enable a sale or letting in a difficult market where its existing use would not be so attractive.
