Alanna Hogan started Realtime Commercial in 2015 so that she can focus her attention on select, quality clients and give them the personal focus they require to make the best possible real estate decisions and choices. Prior to starting Realtime Commercial she worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, with Jim Coppersmith as her partner who mentored her in all things retail, from May, 2006 to 2015. She attained her CCIM designation in 2012. She specializes in grocery anchored shopping centers and landlord/owner representation and investment sales. Clients include the Real Estate Investment Trust, Saul Centers, Inc. and Worldwide Properties, Alanna has successfully stabilized troubled centers by analyzing tenant mix and bringing in retailers who can thrive. Alanna has negotiated leases with many national chains including; Family Dollar Winn Dixie, Gamestop, Hibbett Sports, Verizon, Sushi House, Manhattan Furniture, etc. Alanna has closed deals and done site selection work for Walgreens, Chase and 7-Eleven.
