Alec Demetriou is an investment associate with the Thomas-Duncan Team of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Demetriou specializes in multifamily commercial real estate assets in the South Broward and Northeastern Miami-Dade markets.
He joined the firm full-time in 2019, and quickly added value to the group and its clients leveraging his previous experience and market knowledge acquired during his internships as a Research Analyst with Marcus & Millichap. Alec and the Thomas-Duncan Team have over two decades of combined experience in the commercial real estate industry and are one of the most active Multifamily broker teams in the South Florida market.
Prior to joining the Thomas-Duncan Team, Alec graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a degree in Real Estate.
