Alecia Rivera is a Client Services Coordinator for Capital Markets Multifamily and Retail Investment Properties. She also supports Retail in Transaction and Advisory Services and has served in this role since 2017.
With 9 years of vast real estate consulting and marketing experience, Alecia plays a vital role in a variety of capital market investment property transactions and commercial retail marketing and development projects throughout the state of Florida. Alecia prides her professional work ethic on her agile approach and the ability to accomplish or exceed project goals for both her internal and external clients.
