As part of the Savills tenant representation team since 2015, Alecia Burdick provides her clients with high-level strategies aligning commercial real estate facilities with business goals including scaling growth, cash flow, work place culture, exit plans, and more. Alecia directs marketing, overall strategy, transaction coordination, and lease negotiations, emphasizing expert research and financial analysis. While her familiarity with the office market and numerous relationships across the industry are incredible assets, her ability to go above and beyond for her clients is one of her most praised attributes. The Austin Business Journal awarded Alecia as a Profile in Power in 2017, and she was also nominated for their 2017 CREA Office Transaction of the Year. In the same year, Connect Media awarded Alecia their 2017 Next Generation Award. As an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 2012, Alecia has held several key roles including the Advisory Board, Management Committee and former Young Leader Chair. She is also a proud member of the I Live Here, I Give Here – BIG Give Committee and a member of The Austin Symphony, (BATS). While at her alma mater, The University of Texas at Austin, Alecia co-founded the annual Undergraduate Real Estate Case Competition and Scholarship Fund in 2013 which continues to be held annually.
