Alex Garcia is a Corporate Real Estate executive, with experience in banking, C-Store, grocery, restaurant, and specialty retail leasing and in development. He also has an extensive background in Sales, Sales Training, and Category Management. He is proficient with most MS Office applications, Alteryx, and Google Earth; and skilled at market and demographic analysis and strategic planning. He has managed up to 15 direct and 30 indirect reports in managerial roles.
In his current role, he oversees the strategic management of the corporate real estate portfolio and facilities functions for Seacoast Bank. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. He provides strategic direction via portfolio rationalization, acquisition integration, as well as guidance regarding the maintenance and redevelopment of the existing real estate portfolio of owned and leased locations.
