Alejandro is an engineer and entrepreneur who decided to leave the big city for a better life with his family and came to Sedona in 2007, where he has been buying and selling properties. With his wife Bea, a graduate in residential design, they collectively own several homes in the area and have remodeled and sold several others. Alejandro was born in Chile and spent considerable time in Latin America, contributing fluency in Spanish to his already impressive resume. He enjoys the outdoors, gardening, reading, meditation, Tai-Chi, and spending time with his family. He started his career with Procter & Gamble in Latin America and was transferred to the US headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, later becoming a general manager for one of the largest business units in Latin America at the time. After thirteen years of corporate life, Alejandro wanted to venture into the entrepreneurial world and started up a company during the '.com' bubble in early 2000s in Miami, Florida. With his partners, he developed a successful internet incentive and marketing business that was eventually sold to a European company after eight years. At this point, Alejandro was eager for a simpler, more enriching life and moved to Sedona. While he has been able to carry on with some of his original business interests and contacts, including bitcoin and other digital currencies, his business focus quickly shifted towards real estate. Alejandro brings a wealth of experience from the business and entrepreneurial world, as well as practical experience in buying, remodeling, and selling properties that may be useful for residential buyers and sellers. He has a good eye for homes with potential, a good understanding of commercial properties, and knows the economic factors affecting real estate in this area.
