Alex is an experienced and licensed commercial Real Estate professional who is responsible for all aspects of the leasing department for Tricor’s diverse portfolio. Originally from Marietta, GA, Alex graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia where he received a degree in Real Estate from UGA’s Terry College of Business. His professional career started off with an internship during college, and upon graduating he worked in property management and was responsible for a portfolio of industrial and retail properties throughout central Florida. Alex then transitioned to Leasing where he has spent the last 12 years leasing and managing a portfolio of assets. Alex developed from a deal maker to overseeing leasing activities and personnel for the Central Florida region as a VP of leasing and has experience over his career in all aspects of the business.
