Alex has over 30 years of commercial and high-end residential real estate experience, including P&L responsibility as head of asset and portfolio management for IRE Real Estate Funds, a national real estate investment company, and Prudential Insurance Company as finance director for real estate investments and developments.
Alex has been personally involved in over $2.5 Billion of real estate transactions throughout career, including the financial structuring, development, condo conversion, asset management and disposition of over 5,000 residential units and over 5 Million square feet of commercial space. Alex is highly regarded in the industry as a finance executive problem solver with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing inefficient costs, thereby generating profits for business partners, investors, clients and employers.
