Alex joined Colliers as a Graduate Surveyor following completion of his Real Estate degree at the University of Reading. His first rotation was Retail Lease Advisory, dealing principally with rent reviews, renewals and regears for corporate and private landlords & occupiers across the UK. He then rotated through the Portfolio Valuation, assisting with the regulated valuation of commercial portfolios for institutional investors, funds, local authorities and private companies as well as valuations for company accounts and loan security.
Alex now works within Colliers’ London Capital Markets team with a specific focus on prime West End assets. He is involved with a wide range of projects across the risk spectrum and is a key resource throughout the sales implementation process.
In addition to his degree, Alex also holds an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA UK.
