Alex has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage business, creating wealth and management for his clients through Real Estate acquisition and Real Estate Financing.
He earned his Real Estate sales person license in 1989, his Brokers license in 1992 and his General Contracting license in 1990. His NMLS in 2010.
Prior to entering the Real Estate and Mortgage industry, Alex worked several years as an engineer. His analytical background and passion for the Real Estate and Finance world led him to focus his career on the rewarding field of Real Estate and Mortgage Banking.
Alex holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, California Brokers License and California General Contractors “B” License. He was featured in the Los Angeles Times as an expert in the mortgage industry and his accomplishments have been recognized by Who’s Who (Professional).
