Alex founded Redfearn Capital in 2014 with the mandate to acquire value add and opportunistic commercial real estate opportunities. Redfearn Capital has an entrepreneurial spirit which gives the team the ability to close deals of all sizes and across different asset classes. Since starting his career in commercial real estate, Alex has grown Redfearn Capital from a startup in 2014 to over $750 million of assets under management totaling over 4.5 million square feet in three states.

MBA from University of Miami and graduated from Loyola University Maryland’s Sellinger School of Business with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
