Alex has been a local resident of Port St. Lucie since 1991, Graduating from Port St. Lucie High School in 2000.
Alex got a taste of the real estate market 19 years ago and has never looked back. He has an eye for commercial real estate and investments, as well as a strong pillar in the community sitting on the Port St. Lucie Code Enforcement Board, and other areas of the community and government.
Alex is an active licensed Certified Building Contractor since 2005. Using that skill, he has been able to develop spaces for local and national tenants.
In 2011 Alex joined the firm of Commercial Real Estate LLC, Stuart, FL. It was no surprise he rose to the top becoming the Senior Vice President in just 2 years, Selling and leasing the highest volume of transactions. and closing over $195,000,000.00 million dollars in commercial real estate deals.
Also completing multiple record commercial sales, by selling the same building twice in 60 days, plus higher 1031 Exchange sold prices!
