Alex has served over the past fifteen (15) months as a key member of the Tallen Capital Partners team as Senior Project Manager. During this time, Alex was responsible for project management, market analysis and forecasting, feasibility studies, demographic and psychographic analysis, site evaluation and tailored asset and project reporting. In addition, Alex evaluates and provides analysis on retailing and mixed-use properties including tenant mix, cutting edge merchandising plans, community benefits, open space, transit, and project design. Alex will utilize his experiences from the past fifteen (15) months into his new role and will be responsible for the direction and execution of corporate leasing strategies. Alex will also be responsible the management of in-house leasing personnel, tenant relationships as well as third party brokerage relationships for Tallen Capital Partners’ current and future retail and mixed use asset portfolio.
Alex is a graduate of the renowned University of San Diego, which is ranked as the number one real estate school in the nation. Alex held many leadership positions during his undergraduate career and was a key member of the winning NAIOP team challenge, bringing University of San Diego its second victory in nine years through the redevelopment of the NAVWAR campus. The winning project has been held as a model for future developers to capitalize on the highest and best use for the project.
