Alex specializes in multifamily investments sales with an emphasis on value-add transactions. Alex’s hands-on experience and management of his family’s real estate portfolio has enabled him to think like an investor, understand the challenges investors go through and formulate effective and creative solutions to the most stubborn problems.
Alex’s profound knowledge in computers, marketing, sales coupled with a strong analytical background gives Alex the ability to package and market his listings to their fullest potential, digging through the numbers to find every last dollar of value in the deal, assuring sellers don’t leave money on the table at the time of closing.
Prior to joining Batarseh Real Estate, Alex was acting as a leasing and investment advisor at Keegan & Coppin where he gained invaluable knowledge about the local market. Before that Alex acted as a residential agent at Boss Realty & Appraisal Services in Lakeport, CA where he was successful in closing numerous residential transactions.
Born and raised in Lake County, Alex went to Kelseyville High School, completed two years at Sacramento State and transferred to Sonoma State University where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management.
