Bio
Alex Brown is a Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Atlanta office. Alex helps lead the firm’s brokerage activities focused on institutional assets and multifamily investment sales throughout the Sunbelt with a primary responsibility for Atlanta. Since joining C&W in 2010, Alex has participated in more than 500 transactions totaling over $12B in sales volume.
Alex is active in several industry organizations, including Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors, National Multifamily Housing Council Young Professions, Atlanta Young Professionals, and the University of Georgia Alumni’s Association.
Also, Alex was a recipient of the Charter Scholarship at the University of Georgia, where he graduated with a BA in Real Estate.
