Alexander M. Chudnoff is a vice-chairman in Jones Lang LaSalle’s (“JLL”) New York office. He currently focuses on tenant representation throughout the New York Tri-state Region but has the resources to fulfill client requirements, including owner representation, across the globe through JLL’s worldwide platform. Mr. Chudnoff specializes in the real estate needs of financial services, technology and consumer products organizations, although he has developed long-term relationships with corporations across the industry spectrum over the course of his career. He, alongside with his partners, Mitchell Konsker, Paul Glickman and Matthew Astrachan joined JLL in 2011 from Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Mr. Chudnoff has been a real estate professional for more than 16 years and completed transactions totaling in excess of 30 million s.f. of space. He has been instrumental in negotiating many of Manhattan’s most complex real estate transactions within the financial services industry. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Chudnoff was a broker at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.. He was consistently a member of the firm’s elite group of top 100 real estate professionals. In 2000, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. awarded Mr. Chudnoff its Most Promising Brokerage Professional, and from 2007-2010 he earned the firm’s most prestigious “Top 10” production award.
