Alexandra McKendrick joined Transwestern in August 2017 as a Graphic Designer for the Retail Team in the Houston office and in May of 2020 transitioned to the Houston Marketing team.
Alex is responsible for producing original graphic design and marketing collateral for Transwestern’s retail, multifamily, healthcare, industrial and office product types. This includes producing quality property marketing materials such as, interactive presentations, brochures, environmental design, social media art, building branding, event marketing and augmented reality.
Alex is also responsible for internal communications campaigns for Transwestern’s Houston office.
Alex has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Transwestern, Alex was a senior graphic designer at Colliers. While at Colliers, Alex developed and produced custom marketing collateral to target new business development. She created strategic email marketing campaigns to capture new business. She also employed multiple platforms for developing interactive presentations for pitches and proposals. In addition, Alex crafted custom vector maps and mentored graphic designers to support cohesive design production.
