Alexia is an Acquisition and Disposition Specialist in the Healthcare Services and Office Division for Las Vegas. She brings a broad range of healthcare experience, working with industrial grade assets, as well as value-add lease up. Some of her past clients include CIII Capital Partners, Welltower, Women's Health Associates of Southern Nevada, Spinal Rehabilitation Center and Smith Plastic Surgery. Alexia has been a medical practice manager for the past 17 years. She has an in-depth understanding of the needs of physicians, their staff and patient flow. She has a great comprehension of referral sources and reimbursements.
Alexia specializes in providing real estate solutions for owners and occupants of healthcare and office properties throughout Southern Nevada. Alexia began her commercial real estate career in 2000.
After graduating from UNLV, she began working as a Marketing Researcher for Restrepo Consulting. While working for Restrepo, Alexia collected data and compiled information to help formulate growth patterns and analyze vacancy rates across the Las Vegas valley.
In 2002, she successfully assigned investors in purchasing land for future resale, coordinated and analyzed market data for investment packages and specialized in tenant representation. For years she has worked first hand with private investors, physicians and medical groups to accomplish their goals.
Alexia is on the American Medical Association Alliance National Membership Committee for 2019-2021. Alexia is also a Past President of the Clark County Medical Society Alliance, a 501©3 non-profit organization. This organization is comprised of spouses of local Physicians dedicated to improving the healthcare in Southern Nevada. In June of 2019 she received a National Community Outreach Project Award from the American Medical Association Alliance because of the impact, in the community, that the 2018 CCMSA Fashion Show proceeds made. They raised and donated $112,000 to UMC Pediatrics Hospital, through collaboration with Nevada Medical Center, for the transformation to a state-of-the-art treatment room. This treatment room is now rated top 10 in the nation. She's very been very actively involved in medical philanthrophy at the county, state and national level.
