Alfred J. Callegari joined DLC in 2007 as Vice President of Development to start DLC’s client driven Ground Up Development Division. Prior to joining DLC, Mr. Callegari was the CVS Regional Director of Real Estate – Metro NY. In this position Mr. Callegari opened over 250 stores during his ten year tenure. Mr. Callegari has held corporate Director Real Estate Development positions at Burger King, Nynex Mobile Communications and McCaw Cellular One. With an in-depth corporate real estate background, and development expertise from Manhattan to the NY suburbs, Mr. Callegari has brought a unique insight to this business unit from both the corporate and field perspective. Mr. Callegari is a graduate of NYU where he majored in Marketing. Mr. Callegari has also attended the NYU/The Real Estate Institute School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Mr. Callegari is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
