Bio
Ali graduated from Kingston University in 1999. During this period he experienced his first taste in the property market working for developers, Southgate Developments Limited (now Telereal Trillium).
In 2001, Ali Joined Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) where he qualified as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Ali spent 11 years working as an Investment Agent in the National Capital Markets team based in the West End. Here he established strong client relationships with a number of funds, property companies and family trusts based in the UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa.
During this time Ali directly advised on a number of projects ranging from the disposal of complex development sites, through to the acquisition of long term, fixed income, sale and leaseback portfolios. Ali has also developed strong contacts in the finance sector and is able to use these to provide debt solutions to both straightforward and complex transactions where debt maybe required.
In 2004 Ali was promoted to Associate Director at LSH, making him the youngest at this level at this time.
In July 2012, Ali was listed within a national survey by Property Week entitled “HOT 100: The rising stars of 2012”
Outside of property Ali is involved with several charities, more notably working with the rehabilitation of young offenders. Ali also hosts property seminars at various leading universities. He is a keen rower and a member of the Globe Rowing Club based in Greenwich
