Alice Perez joined the SHOP Companies Houston team in March 2021. Prior to joining SHOP, Alice worked in the retail CRE industry at NewQuest, CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company where she focused on supporting the Project Leasing teams and being a valuable part of all processes. Given her prior experience, Alice brings a unique perspective with her comprehension, attention to detail and customer service.
Alice was born and raised in Houston. She has been married to Carlos for 28 years. Together they enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, crafting, and taking their cane corso (Capone) to different / new dog parks and fur friendly restaurants. They have 2 daughters, 1 son, 3 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters.
