Alistair advises a wide variety of clients based across Central London and throughout the UK. His business approach is to deliver strategic property and financial advice considering the current and future needs of the occupier. Alistair's clients include Moore Kingston Smith, Haysmacintyre, Sheppard Robson, Crowe UK, Age UK, Collyer Bristow, Saffery Champness, MTT, and The Kennel Club.
Alistair also provides Leasing, Development and Investment advice to a wide range of Landed Estates, Institutional Funds, Property Companies and International Investors.
Alistair is a Freeman of the City of London, Company Surveyor to The Worshipful Society of Apothecaries of London and the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers.
Since 2000 Alistair has been heavily involved in Midtown’s Business Improvement Districts (BID) and Area Stakeholder Community Groups which include some of London’s leading Local Authorities. He was part of The Circle Initiative set up in 2001 by the Central London Partnership and the London Development Agency to deliver Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) within Central London. He is a former Chairman of the Camden Business Board, Midtown BID, Chancery Lane Association and the Midtown Business Club. He presently supports the Midtown, Northbank and Hatton Garden Business Improvement Districts and is Chairman of the Fleet Street Quarter Partnership.
In his spare time he enjoys watching cricket, playing golf and is a Trustee of The Lord’s Taverners Charity.
