Allan is one of our most knowledgeable realtors. He has worked full-time in real estate since receiving his license in 1989. From large brokerages like Century 21 where he taught and trained new agents and Coldwell Banker where he was a manager to mom and pop brokerages and start up brokerages. He became apart of the Glenn D. Mitchel Realtor's team in 2009.
Allan's experience includes most types of transactions, from simple to the most complicated, helping future homeowners, as well as investors (first-time and seasoned), and commercial property buyers including IRC 1031 exchanges. He is well versed in Real Estate Probate, Trust transactions, short sales and bank settlement sales.
