Allan M. Beall has been providing superior commercial real estate services to the Kauai marketplace for over 22 years. Prior to working at Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties, Allan retired in 1987 as Vice President, Marketing, after thirty years of employment with Interchecks, Inc., a national check printing company and subsequently was a Kauai leasing and sales agent at Chaney, Brooks & Company. As a licensed real estate broker, Allan's primary leasing and sales activities on Kauai include retail, office and industrial properties plus a number of business opportunity sales. Allan is regarded on Kauai as the "commercial real estate authority" and as such, is a regular contributor of commercial real estate articles to Hawaii business publications. Between 1989-2002, Allan won various top producer awards given by Chaney, Brooks & Company and in 1997, he was elected to The President's Club, a distinct few selected by their peers for hard work, integrity and values and excellence in customer service. Since joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties in 2003, Allan has been a top producer, completing 50-75 transactions per year and in 2006 achieved the Bronze Level Circle of Distinction status awarded by Coldwell Banker Commercial Corporate Headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey.
