Bio
Allan Brass rejoined Savills in 2019 as Director of the Cross-Border Tenant Advisory Group, based in Los Angeles. Having lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the U.S., Allan has experience advising clients on the inner workings of global real estate markets. He leverages his international network and on-the-ground experience to coordinate cross-border transactions, working with Savills teams across the world to ensure that our full array of best practices and technology solutions can be delivered wherever global clients need them.
Allan joined Savills from Cushman & Wakefield, where he most recently worked as Account Director in Chicago. Before that, he was an office broker for C&W in Hong Kong, where he was the account lead for Apple’s portfolio in the Asia Pacific region. He started his career with Savills in Edinburgh, UK. Upon graduation from university, he worked with the Occupier Services team marketing commercial property, undertaking viewings and negotiating leases for tenants and investors.

Allan earned his RICS certification in the U.K. He is involved in local professional organizations, and has served on the events committee for the CoreNet Chicago chapter.
