Allen Crumbley is a co-owner of Capstone Tropical Holdings, Inc. Formerly Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL and Prudential Tropical Realty now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, Capstone Home Mortgage and Capstone Title.
The Commercial Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, awarded Allen the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He has been recognized on numerous occasions - locally and nationally - for his outstanding commercial sales production and earned the Pinnacle Award from the Florida Gulfcoast Association of Realtors.
Allen helped establish the Suncoast West Pasco Family YMCA, and has served as President, and remains on the Board of Directors for that organization. He is a charter officer of the Rotary Club of Seven Springs, which established the Odessa Festival & Rodeo, an event he chaired the first two years. All funds raised from this annual festival are donated to local charities. Crumbley is the past President of the West Pasco Board of Realtors, past Vice President of the Florida Association of Realtors, District Six, and President of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors. Additionally, Crumbley is a charter member of Hope United Methodist Church as well as the CEO Council of Tampa Bay. He also performs numerous charity auctions throughout each year.
