Bio
Allen Stockbridge serves as the Designated Managing Broker for eXp Commercial, overseeing the growth of eXp Commercial in Washington State and handling commercial and investment sales in the pacific northwest.
Since entering the industry in 1984, Stockbridge has had a wide range of experience in commercial real estate including leasing and sales in office, retail, industrial, multi-family and medical properties, and land sales for industrial, hospitality and residential development.
Prior to joining eXp Commercial in 2020, Stockbridge formed Kulshan Commercial, a boutique investment brokerage firm in Bellingham, WA. He also has served as a regional Managing Director for KW Commercial; owned and operated the Sperry Van Ness franchise in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area. In 2001 he formed his own commercial brokerage firm, Park City Commercial Realty, where he handled local and national commercial transactions for a broad range of clients. Previously, Stockbridge opened the Park City office for Commerce CRG, and later served as Director of Commercial Real Estate for Prudential Utah, where he oversaw commercial real estate brokerage services for the Park City and Salt Lake City offices. Stockbridge started his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis) in 1984 after graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore. Stockbridge has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation since 1990, and is a current member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Throughout his extensive career in commercial real estate, Stockbridge has stayed active not only within the commercial real estate industry, but within his community as well. Stockbridge served as Charter Chair of Park City Singers and was a member of Class 6 of Leadership Park City and the Leadership Skagit Class of 2016. He was Charter President of the Rotary Club of Park City Sunrise, Charter President of the Rotary Club of Towsontowne, and Charter President of the Park City Toastmasters Club. He is a currently a member of the Pacific Northwest Passport Rotary Club.
After graduating from University of Maryland School of Law, Stockbridge completed the degree requirements for an MBA in their JD/MBA program. He received his bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Towson University.
